Found more often in warm, slow-moving waters such as swamps, large rivers, and placid lakes, giant water snakes come in a number of varieties found all over the Realm -- the much larger cousins to the water moccasin or the brown water snake or the rainbow banded snake. Giant water snakes can reach 15 to 30 feet in length. Because of their unusual size, these creatures can be very aggressive though they prefer to be left undisturbed.
