Akin to their city and wild cousins, Giant Rats can grow to be nearly three feet in length not counting their whiplike tail. They can be fierce when cornered or starving; their sharp teeth have been known to chew through stone and metal. These giant rodents can be found in most parts of the Realm preferring areas with abundant food, water, and shelter. Most Giant Rats live in the wilderness, in the foothills of mountains or in deep forest. Some have adapted to the perils of civilization and can be found in the deep catacombs and sewers under large cities.
