I would like all to know that I have stepped down from the council postion of the Wardens. I would like it to be know that I will no longer be traveling as a member of this group either. I however have made many friends and close companions within its ranks so I will continue to travel with you as friend and not member. My actions are my own as well as my coin. I would like to nominate Lucian to take my place, I think the Wardens will greatly benefit from listening to him and haveing him on the council.

*Igraine walks across the room sits in the midst of everyone and smiles.*
I am in pain listening to us bicker with one another. I understand that many of us have had our differences, *looks over at Celcian* and many of us have suffered in the span that we have been together. I wish that there could be peace among us, and we could keep in mind why we are where we are. We are not agents of the Silverguild, nor are we agents of the Academy, we are agents of the path of white. We are on a mission to help our world thrive, survive, and to stop the corruption spread by the five and the sunlorn king. It is going to be hard functioning without the money, but we did it before and we can do it again. I do not have much. *places 10 crown on the table* but what I have I will gladly use to help us all. *her eyes tear up as she says with with a catch in her throat-* I am a Warden of the Dawn, with my heart and my soul I know this. I am dedicated to our purpose, and to the safety and well being of each of you. You are my friends, my loved ones, and my family. We need to resolve the strife between us. I believe that we once again need to vote on our Counsel members. Lucien and I have been speaking on the Academy's demand that there is a member on the counsel. I am sorry that this comes at a time like this. If you are willing, Lucien and I would like to share the duties as Sir Argentus and Sir Barret do. I pray that none of you harbor any reason to distrust either Lucien or myself. We are part of this, as you are part of this, and we wish nothing more than to see it through safely and successfully. *Igraine holds out her hands to the party and smiles gently* These hands have touched each of you, healed each of you at one time or another. Would you then.. any of you think that they were capable of causing you harm? ~Truth~Honor~Compassion~ Igraine Tsao-Warden of the Dawn |

We cannot function as we have in the past without our account at this point. The Academy has successfully proven its point. Our financial backing appears to be only by their allowance, as we should've well known.
I am to inform you that no one may draw upon the party funds without the permission of a member of the Council. We are not a governing body, the council. None of us seek to control what you can and cannot do. We all, all of us, The Wardens of Dawn, have become a company to further the Path of Light, that is all that your fellow Wardens ask of any of you, be you company member or travelling companion: further the Path of Light. However, we must all respect that the account is within the purview of the Council. When a council member authorizes an expenditure, it must be reported to both myself and a member of the Silver Guild. I will now be involved in the management of our funds. I will meet with the Silver Guild members at the end of each day and attempt to balance and verify our expenses. With my assistance, I have no doubt that the two Guildsmen will be able to get this situation under control. The account is suspended as of right now, the three of us shall work to get it back in working order. As far as I'm concerned, there is no further discussion on this matter. Mordid knows what must be done at this point. As such, that issue has already been resolved. Though it is unfortunate that the Academy felt that it had to take such measures to ensure that we do what is proper and good. We are assembled under a banner of the Path of Light, none of us needs to be lectured on such virtues. The Academy must have its voice on the Council. It would seem Nahrem is stepping down, which opens up a convenient opportunity to make that happen. It is not my want to discuss which Mage or whether or not both shall step up to fufill the position. This one issue, is left to all of you to decide. In the event that any of you feel unduly taxed by the burden we must share, please, know that my counsel is always avaliable to you. Lady Igraine speaks true on my behalf. We wish no further strife within our midst. The Academy has mandated that an Academy member serves on the council. I do not wish to force our judgement upon you and had hoped this could have been resolved differently but we must endure and carry on as best we can.
Yes, lady Igraine and I propose that a spot be reserved on the council for an Academy member much like there is a position held for a Knight. The lady and I wish to share this duty as the Knights do. I do sincerely hope that we can all work together to resolve our differences and move on. Bleys, I think that having a council member specifically designated to work with the Silver Guild representative as a single point of contact is a marvelous idea. Good show. Let us breathe a fresh breath of air and move forward instead of dwelling in the past. In service, Lord Lucien Valerius

Perhaps, then, it would do well for a Silver Guild member to reside on the Council? Be it Celcian or Gorax, is not my concern. It just seems fitting that, if there must be direct communication between a Silver Guild representative and at least one member of the council, that a Silver Guild member be on the council.

If this be the case I will nominate Gorax, however I do believe that he is leaving us to go home soon.

I believe that I have sufficiently alleviated that problem by installing myself as that direct communciation between the two groups. The Council authorizes expenditures, the Silver Guild is and has been charged with keeping a tally of our spending and creating writs for exchange. It seems to me, once again, that there is no reason to have a Silver Guild member on the Council simply because of their organizational responsibilities.

I agree as well. I have complete faith in Bley's dilligence, and that he can work with the Silver Guild successfully without us specifically appointing a member to the Council. While the composition of the Council is a function of the will of the group at large, I personally feel that the suggestion to appoint an Academy slot (to fill the vacancy left by Nahrem) is a sound one. --Fex Veshengo, 3rd Initiate of the Watchers of the Circle Council Member of the Wardens of the Dawn |

If that is the decision of the rest of the group then I of course will abide by it. I however feel that a completely new vote is in order, since the positions were intended as temporary in the first place. I was under the impression at the time that after a few months there would be a new vote. We also have many new members and many new events have transpired since then. I truly feel that all of us should vote on the issue entirely.

I propose that we postpone this conversation until all of our companions can be present as it affects all of us in some way. Does this sound fair?
