There are magic items that are enchanted to contain spells, such as 'Mnemonic' and such. I was wondering if there are magic items that are enchanted with skill-like abilities.
For instance, a cloak with 'concealing' built in. Or a mace with a couple of 'feats of strength' per day. Or a dagger with several levels in 'killing strike.'
I was just wondering, because it seems like this might be a good way to diversify magic items. Not that I am likely to ever see one.
