If I were to have frost and fire on my blade, would that make it a blade of steam, cancel out, or deal a confounding infliction of both?

I think the in-character effect would be the first enchantment canceling out the second.
I do know that you can only have one enchantment on a weapon at a time. Besides, who wants to yell "fire-frost-electrum-mystic light" with every swing of a short sword? |

Lol, I think that it would have to be one desperate or neurotic fighter to go that way.
"Oh don't worry, probably just snakes and bears and-EEEK!" "That's a skeleton! AN undead! What do we do?" "Uh, I don't know, we haven't done this before!"
